TOUR HUSTLER PRIVACY POLICY

1. Introduction

Tour Hustler LLC ("Tour Hustler," "we," "our," or "us") operates a marketplace that connects performers with venues seeking live entertainment.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you use our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy. Where applicable law requires separate consent, we will request it before collecting or using certain information.

2. Eligibility

Tour Hustler is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we may suspend or delete the account, subject to our legal and record-retention obligations.

3. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you use the Platform.

Information You Provide

You may provide information including:

• Name, email address, phone number, username, profile photo, and account credentials.
• Performer or venue profile information, biographies, genres, photographs, videos, social media links, booking preferences, equipment requirements, and availability.
• Gig listings, booking requests, applications, invitations, confirmations, cancellations, reviews, ratings, and communications.
• Customer support requests.
• Identity verification or business information when required for payments or fraud prevention.

Payment Information

Payments, refunds, deposits, subscription fees, and performer payouts are processed through Stripe or another authorized third-party payment processor.

Payment processors may collect payment card information, banking information, taxpayer identification information, identity verification documentation, business information, and other information required to process transactions, comply with applicable laws, prevent fraud, satisfy Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations, and facilitate performer payouts.

Payment information is processed directly by the applicable payment processor in accordance with that provider's privacy policy and security standards. Tour Hustler generally does not receive or store complete payment card numbers, full bank account numbers, or other sensitive payment credentials.

Tour Hustler receives only the information reasonably necessary to administer bookings, process transactions, provide customer support, facilitate payouts, maintain transaction records, comply with tax reporting obligations, verify accounts where appropriate, and protect against fraud or unauthorized activity.

Account Verification

To promote trust and safety within the Platform, Tour Hustler may request identity verification, business verification, tax information, or other documentation from performers, venues, or other users. Verification may be performed directly by Tour Hustler or through authorized third-party verification providers.

Verification information may be used to authenticate user identities, reduce fraud, satisfy legal or regulatory obligations, facilitate payment processing, prevent unauthorized activity, and improve Platform security. Verification information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill these purposes and comply with applicable legal requirements.

Location Information

With your permission, Tour Hustler may collect precise or approximate location information when necessary to facilitate active bookings, arrival verification, check-in functionality, navigation features, fraud prevention, or other booking-related services.

Unless otherwise disclosed at the time of collection, location information is collected only while an active booking is in progress or while the user has voluntarily enabled location-sharing features. Tour Hustler does not use precise location information for unrelated advertising purposes and does not intentionally make a user's precise location publicly available.

Depending upon Platform functionality, venues may receive limited booking-related information such as estimated arrival status, check-in confirmation, travel progress, or similar booking status updates.

Users may disable location permissions through their device settings; however, certain booking, navigation, arrival verification, or safety features may no longer function properly.

Automatically Collected Information

When you use the Platform, we may automatically collect information such as:

• Device type, operating system, browser, application version, and IP address.
• Login history and security events.
• Pages viewed, searches, clicks, feature usage, crash reports, and performance information.
• Analytics, cookies, software development kits (SDKs), and similar technologies used to improve the Platform, maintain security, and understand user activity.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Tour Hustler uses cookies, local storage, software development kits (SDKs), pixels, web beacons, and similar technologies to operate the Platform, authenticate users, remember user preferences, maintain security, improve functionality, analyze Platform usage, and enhance the overall user experience.

These technologies may collect information such as browser type, device identifiers, operating system, IP address, session identifiers, referring URLs, pages visited, feature usage, and other diagnostic information.

Users may configure their browser or device settings to refuse certain cookies or similar technologies; however, doing so may limit or prevent certain Platform features from functioning properly. Where required by applicable law, Tour Hustler will obtain consent before deploying non-essential cookies or similar tracking technologies.

User Content

Users may upload photographs, videos, audio, messages, reviews, ratings, documents, and other content.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have permission to upload content involving other individuals. Interviews, promotional recordings, and similar media may also be governed by separate release agreements.

4. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

• Create and manage accounts.
• Operate the marketplace.
• Process bookings and payments.
• Provide messaging, reviews, notifications, and customer support.
• Verify identities and reduce fraud.
• Improve the Platform through analytics.
• Operate AI-assisted features.
• Investigate disputes, cancellations, abuse, safety reports, and violations of our Terms of Service.
• Protect users and comply with legal obligations.

We may also use information for another purpose disclosed when it is collected or with your consent.

5. Artificial Intelligence

Tour Hustler may utilize artificial intelligence ("AI") technologies to assist with profile generation, search functionality, recommendations, customer support, fraud detection, content moderation, transcription, translation, organization of user content, and other Platform features.

Certain AI-assisted features may require limited user information to be processed by authorized third-party AI service providers solely for the purpose of providing the requested functionality.

AI-generated content, recommendations, summaries, or responses are automatically generated and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or incomplete information. Users remain solely responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before relying upon or publishing it.

Tour Hustler seeks to minimize the amount of personal information shared with AI providers and only discloses information reasonably necessary to provide requested AI functionality.

6. How We Share Information

We may share information:

• Between performers and venues to facilitate bookings.
• With service providers supporting hosting, authentication, payments, analytics, notifications, customer support, media storage, mapping, AI services, fraud prevention, and security.
• When required by law or legal process.
• To protect Tour Hustler, our users, or others.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
• At your direction or with your consent.

Public profile information, reviews, gig listings, and other content you choose to make public may be visible to other users or the public.

Tour Hustler does not currently intend to sell personal information for monetary compensation.

7. Communications

We may send service-related emails and notifications concerning bookings, payments, security, account activity, and legal notices.

With your permission, we may also send marketing emails and promotional push notifications. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails or disable push notifications at any time, although service-related communications may still be sent when necessary.

8. Data Retention and Account Deletion

Tour Hustler retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Platform, complete bookings and financial transactions, resolve disputes, investigate fraud, enforce our agreements, protect users, comply with applicable legal obligations, preserve evidence, and defend legal claims.

Different categories of information may be retained for different periods depending upon their purpose, including account information, booking records, payment records, communications, reviews, customer support records, identity verification information, security logs, and fraud-prevention records.

Users may request deletion of their accounts at any time. Certain information may continue to be retained after account deletion where reasonably necessary to complete transactions, comply with legal obligations, preserve historical booking records, investigate misconduct, prevent fraud, maintain Platform integrity, or defend legal claims.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence and applicable law, you may have the right to:

• Request access to personal information we maintain about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
• Request deletion of certain personal information.
• Obtain a portable copy of certain personal information.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based upon consent.
• Opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising, or profiling used to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects, where applicable.
• Appeal the denial of a privacy rights request where required by applicable law.

Tour Hustler does not currently sell personal information for monetary compensation or engage in targeted advertising as those terms are defined under applicable privacy laws.

We may verify your identity before responding to any privacy request.

10. Security

Tour Hustler uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including authentication controls, restricted administrative access, encryption where appropriate, logging, monitoring, and incident-response procedures.

Although we work to protect personal information, no security system can guarantee absolute protection.

If a security incident occurs, we will investigate, take appropriate corrective action, and provide any legally required notifications.

11. Third-Party Service Providers

Tour Hustler works with trusted third-party service providers that assist in operating and improving the Platform. These providers may perform services including payment processing, identity verification, cloud hosting, authentication, fraud prevention, analytics, customer support, messaging, email delivery, push notifications, mapping, media storage, content delivery, artificial intelligence services, and security monitoring.

These providers are authorized to access personal information only as reasonably necessary to perform services on Tour Hustler's behalf, comply with applicable legal obligations, or protect the security and integrity of the Platform.

Third-party providers operate under their own privacy policies and terms, which may govern the collection, processing, and retention of information they receive.

Tour Hustler is based in the United States. If we expand internationally, we may update this Policy and implement additional procedures required by applicable law.
